First up, we meet Nicola Green, a UK customer who discovered Gladskin in 2020 after suffering from eczema since childhood. Her story is a classic example of treatment frustration.
Searching for answers
"From a young age, doctors prescribed me all the heavy stuff," she said, "but by the time I was about 14 or 15, I was done with those solutions. I started trying new things. I tried something that was considered revolutionary in the UK at the time. I spent a fortune on the full range with no results, so I went back to the doctors. Someone told me not to use Vaseline, so I stopped. I tried a 'natural' skincare brand when it came out. Nothing worked. I tried so many different creams, expensive ones, cheap ones..."
