Gladskin Club Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions ("Terms and Conditions") govern the Gladskin Club ("Loyalty Program"), and members of the Program will earn points in connection with the purchase of qualifying online products and online activities that are redeemable for the purchase of products at www.gladskin.nl .

I. MEMBERSHIP

A. Free Membership. No purchase is required to join the Gladskin Club Program, but you must create an online account at https://www.gladskin.nl . Please review our privacy policy, found here , to understand how the information you provide will be used. This program is void where prohibited.

B. Eligibility. To be eligible for the Gladskin Club program, you must create an account as described in these Terms and Conditions. You may create an account if you have internet access and a valid mailing address. If you choose to create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account, username, and password and for restricting access to it. You are responsible for keeping such information current, complete, accurate, and truthful. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account, username, and/or password. You agree to provide only current, complete, accurate, and truthful information. If you are using the Site on behalf of someone else, you represent that you have the authority to bind that person as the principal to all Terms and Conditions provided herein, and to the extent you do not have such authority, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and to accept liability for any damages caused by unauthorized use of the Site or Content resulting from such access or use. You may only have one membership account per individual. Individuals found to have more than one account will lose their points and be removed from the Gladskin Club.

C. How to join the Gladskin Club. (a) Create an account: Visit https://www.gladskin.nl and become a registered user of the Gladskin website. Click here to go directly to the registration page. You will be asked to provide your first name, last name, email address, and a password. After submitting the required information, you will receive an email at the address you provided confirming your membership.

D. How to access/change your membership information. You must keep your personal information in your account up to date. To do this, click on the "My Account" section and access your account by entering your registered email address and current password. From your dashboard, you can view your account information, view your current and past orders, and edit your profile. Changing the email address for your Gladskin website account does not delete your points or cancel your loyalty program: your points balance and membership status remain intact.

E. How to cancel your membership. You can cancel your account at any time. To cancel your account, send an email to info@gladskin.com with "cancel membership" in the subject line. The email must come from the account currently listed on our servers as linked to your Gladskin account. If you no longer have access to that email address, please email our customer service department, and we will verify your status and cancel your account. After cancellation, you will no longer be a member, and any unused points accumulated in your account will be forfeited and cannot be redeemed. Points retain their value only on valid accounts in good standing, and except as otherwise provided here for redemption, they have no cash value beyond their redemption value on the Site.

II. EARNING POINTS

A. General. Members can earn points when purchasing products at gladskin.de. To receive points for your online purchases, you must be logged in to your account. You can check whether you are logged in at any time by checking the top right corner of the site.

B. Earning Percentage. Gladskin Club members are entitled to 5 points for every €1 in purchases made exclusively at Gladskin.de. You must be logged in to the website to earn points. Points are calculated based on the subtotal of your order, after any discounts, only. Points are rounded down to the nearest whole number. For example, if you spend €9.99, you receive 45 points. The calculation is as follows: €9.99 x 5 points per euro = 49.95 points, rounded down to 45 points.

C. Gift cards/discount codes. Purchases made with discount codes are eligible to receive points. However, once a discount code is redeemed, points will be awarded to the recipient for the subtotal after deducting any discount code values, provided they are logged into their account as described in these Terms and Conditions.

D. Adding points to accounts. Points are added to your account under the following conditions and will generally be visible immediately:

• Refer a friend to the Gladskin Club. Points will automatically be credited to your account only if the referred friend uses the link sent to them from your referral account and makes a qualifying purchase using the special code. Points will be automatically applied to the account if the conditions are met. The referred friend will receive a discount on their first order.
• Your birthdate must be entered 30 days before your birthday to qualify, and you will only receive 250 birthday points once per calendar year.
• For other activities described on the Site and which may appear from time to time. Please note that for these other activities, including bonus point accumulations and other points promotions, points may be displayed as "pending" depending on the activity. For example, for new Club members, Gladskin may award bonus points upon membership subscription.
• The points bonus terms and specific mechanisms mentioned above are visible in the Gladskin Club widget at the bottom left of the website. Terms and mechanisms may vary from time to time.

E. Exclusions. Members earn points only on the purchase price of: (i) qualifying online products. Points are calculated excluding the member's payment for shipping costs. Points are not earned on any discounts or other credits offered in connection with a product or service. For example, if a product normally priced at €50 is on sale for €25, a member earns points only on the €25 purchase price. All purchases made: (i) by a member before joining the program, (ii) online without being logged in to the website, are not eligible for Gladskin Club rewards.

F. Returns/Order Cancellations. Points earned for a purchase that is subsequently returned, canceled, or rejected by a credit card or gift card will be deducted from your account in an amount equal to the points earned for the original transaction. Points cannot be reapplied to your rewards account for any reason for a returned order. If a return/cancellation leaves your account with a negative points balance, you will not begin earning points again until your points balance is reduced to zero (0) by making purchases or participating in other promotional activities offered from time to time. Rewards used for an order that is canceled (before the item ships or a label is printed) may request that those rewards be reapplied to your rewards account. If your item has begun the shipping process, rewards cannot be reapplied.

G. Bonus Point Promotions. From time to time, Gladskin may run certain bonus point promotions. Members can earn extra or "bonus points" when purchasing certain online products. When you purchase these specially marked products, or make a purchase during a bonus point period, you will earn bonus points on each product, as specified in the offer. Bonus point promotions are subject to the terms and conditions of the offer and may be offered at any time at Gladskin's sole discretion.

H. Points Restrictions. If you redeem points for a product purchase and pay a portion of the retail price after redeeming points, you will receive points only on the remaining balance you pay, not on any value attributed to the points you used. If you redeem points for a product purchase for an amount equal to the full price of the product, you will not earn points.

I. Non-purchase options for earning points. You can also earn extra points through non-purchase activities. From time to time, Gladskin may offer you the chance to win various prizes and earn points by participating in promotions. For giveaway promotions, NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. Rules and restrictions apply to such promotions and can be found on each promotion's dedicated page.

J. Refer a friend to the Gladskin Club. Send a friend a €5 coupon by clicking "Earn Points" and then "Refer a Friend." Enter the email address of a friend who hasn't yet purchased from Gladskin (if your referral has purchased from us before, the referral link will be automatically invalidated by the system). A referral link will be sent to your friend with a €5 coupon for their first order of at least €35 (this coupon is valid for Gladskin products on the website only; it is not valid for marketplace products). Points will only be automatically credited to your account if the referred friend uses the link sent to them from your referral account and makes a qualifying first purchase at Gladskin. 250 Gladskin points will be automatically credited to your account if the requirements are met.

III. REDEEMING POINTS

a. How to use your points. Points must be used in the specified steps as described in these Terms and Conditions. The minimum basket value for which points apply is €1.00, excluding shipping costs. Points can only be used online at Gladskin.de. Points for Products: Members can use their points to reduce the purchase price of a product or receive a free product based on the following scale:

b. Points can only be redeemed in any combination of the points and increment amounts set forth above. Redeeming points for product purchases is subject to product availability. Any reward discounts applied to the order will be evenly distributed among the applicable items in the order upon completion of a return.

c. To redeem your points. Before shopping with us, log in to your Gladskin Club account. Select "Redeem Points" from the Gladskin Club widget pop-up window. You'll receive a custom code that you can copy and paste into the discount bar during checkout (note: only one code can be used). The total amount of your payment will be reduced by the number of points you assign to the purchase. Please note that points can only be redeemed for the purchase price of the product, including VAT. Shipping costs are your responsibility, and points will not be used to reduce these additional costs.

d. Only one account per natural person. Only one discount code can be redeemed per transaction. Reward redemption codes may not be combined with other discount codes. Points cannot currently be transferred or gifted. Points cannot be used for previous purchases. Points accumulated on different accounts by different members cannot be combined or pooled to make product purchases or for any other reason. Points earned in a single transaction cannot be redeemed in the same transaction. Redeemed points cannot be applied retroactively to a previous order or receive a price adjustment for an order to which redeemed points have not been applied. Points have no cash value outside the Gladskin.nl website and are only available to members in good standing.

e. Point Expiration and Timeframe. All earned points, both standard and bonus points, will expire 365 days from the date the points were added to your account. Points expire 365 days after the date they were assigned to your account. For example, points earned on November 1, 2024, will expire at 12:01 a.m. CET on November 2, 2025. However, all points earned before July 31, 2023, will expire after 365 days, meaning on August 1, 2024. The points expiration logic follows a cumulative rule, where the last date on which points were earned is also the date to be considered for all points in the customer account. For example: 500 points earned on a purchase on March 1, 2024, would expire on March 1, 2025. An additional 300 points earned on August 2, 2024, makes a total of 800 points (500 + 300 points) that expire on August 2, 2025.

Order: Points will be added to your account when your order is paid .

IV. GENERAL

By creating an account on Gladskin.nl and becoming a member of the Gladskin Club, you agree to the terms and conditions set forth in these Terms and Conditions, as well as any other terms that may apply to the Gladskin Club program. Gladskin reserves the right to cancel, modify, suspend, or limit the Gladskin Club program, your account, points redemption, or any aspect of the program, including, but not limited to, the points conversion rate and points expiration policy, at any time. Any changes may be implemented without prior notice. Gladskin may make these changes, even if they affect your ability to use any points you have already accrued. You are responsible for staying informed of the Program Terms and Conditions. A member's points balance, as shown in Gladskin's records, is considered accurate. Gladskin reserves the right to determine the number of points in a member's account based on Gladskin's internal data relating to that member's account. In the event of an inconsistency between the amount stated on a receipt in a member's account and Gladskin's internal records, Gladskin's internal records will prevail. Gladskin accepts no responsibility for errors caused by incorrect member information. Your right to transfer points earned or awarded under the program is strictly limited. The sale of points is prohibited and may result in the confiscation or cancellation of your points, as well as suspension or termination of your membership, which in any case will be final and binding. All transactions involving points and all member accounts are subject to review and verification by Gladskin. The points balance in a member's account may not be available for use while an account or transaction is being reviewed. Gladskin may revoke a member's membership in the Gladskin Club program at any time if a member abuses the Gladskin Loyalty Program or fails to comply with the program's terms and conditions. Fraud or abuse related to earning points or redeeming rewards may result in cancellation of membership in the program and may affect a member's eligibility to participate in any other Gladskin program, current or future. Points are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. The interpretation and application of the program's Terms and Conditions are at Gladskin's sole discretion. The Terms and Conditions of our Gladskin Club program are subject to change at any time at Gladskin's sole discretion and without notice to customers. Upon termination of a Gladskin-registered account at the customer's own initiative, or if a customer is terminated for violation of these Terms and Conditions or other activities inconsistent with the intended use of this site, all points will be immediately forfeited and no longer redeemable. Gladskin will make reasonable efforts to award points as described above to all registered and qualifying Gladskin.de customers, but is not responsible for any technical or unforeseen errors that may occur.

Points are non-transferable, non-exchangeable for cash, non-refundable, and not valid outside the Gladskin.nl website. Purchases made outside of Gladskin.nl are not eligible for points (this includes, but is not limited to, Facebook resale groups, eBay, and Amazon).
