This is how Staphefekt™ works in Gladskin

Billions of bacteria live on our skin. Almost all of these bacteria are beneficial and contribute to healthy skin. They are part of our "microbiome" and should be left alone.

However, there are also bacteria that cause problems. One of these, the Staphylococcus aureus ( S. aureus ) bacteria, can cause the symptoms of cause or worsen skin problems, including acne, eczema and rosacea.

Gladskin, with the protein Staphefekt™, is the world's only product that can exclusively kill the S. aureus bacteria. Unlike other ingredients (e.g., certain preservatives), these proteins leave the beneficial bacteria necessary for healthy skin intact. This can help balance the skin's microbiome.
